Grimes referred me to American Revolution. The reason why I
joined AR is because, I wanted an intense workout that would
keep me interested everyday and I wanted to lose some weight.
My first impression on American Revolution was, "Wow, this is so
awesome!" I will admit though, I was pretty intimated because of
the fact that this was all new and so different from what I
usually did. But that just made me that much more eager to learn
and understand anything I could absorb. The instructors are all
great! They are really hands on and will help you each step of
the way if you don't understand something, because they want you
to perfect it.
American Revolution has done already so much for me in the
little time I've been training. I already lost weight and my
cardio is definitely getting better. Every time I go into the
gym to train, it just makes me want to push a little more and
work so much harder to mentality wise, get stronger. I can also
wake up in the mornings now and not feel like sleeping just a
little more. I actually wake up with so much energy now.
The amount of knowledge you pick up each day is awesome!
AR is like a big family to me now. They are there for you no
matter what. I've only been training at American Revolution
since January, but already I've met some amazing people that I
know will be in my life for a long time. I love being apart of
American Revolution! It's the best thing that has happened to me
this year. :)
I know point blank that American Revolution is the bees knees
and anyone that gets to train or be apart of AR is lucky!"
